Eckert's Rod and Custom - Builder, Mechanical Design & Fabrication
Located in Molalla Oregon, Eckert's Rod and Custom
has quickly become a world known street machine fabrication
shop. In just a few short years, ERC has acquired multiple
magazine features and its own episode on Spike TV's
hit series, PowerBlocks.
ERC cars have a signature concept/build style that
can be described as simple, straight forward and well
detailed with a priority for drivability. ERC doesn't
just build show cars. ERC's goal is to build cars that
can perform on the track as well. People just seem
to know when they get behind the wheel of an ERC original.
ERC was founded by owner David Eckert. Eckert, an
East Coast transplant with more than 25 years of hands
on fabrication and design. He is thankful for the many
people (now friends) in the industry that helped get
ERC off the ground. Based on hard work, strong design,
performance engineering and a lot of late nights, David
has a created a strong foundation for ERC to grow.
ERC is now housed in a 10,000 square foot full service
fabrication shop, including design, fabrication and
painting. Whether you need repair, concourse-quality
restoration, metal fabrication or a complete custom
build, ERC can make your project a reality.
"I don't build cars to trailer. I build them
to drive."
